Explaining the Aerobic Exercise Intention-behavior Gap in Cancer Survivors

Many hematologic cancer survivors (HCS) intend to exercise but do not meet aerobic guidelines. Interventions should address both intention formation and behavior change to promote physical activity in cancer survivors.
