[Idiopathic anaphylaxis: presentation of 4 cases]

Systemic anaphylaxis is a severe clinical picture, which may result in fatal consequences. It has been reported that in some cases, even after a complete study, the cause is unknown. We report on four clinical cases of anaphylaxis in which, after a detailed study, no etiological factor was found. At least one year later no case recurred.
