  • Typically diagnosed in young adults (20-30 years), these tumors often arise in the frontoparietal region from the falx or dura mater.

Observation:

  • This report details three cases of intracranial MCSs in patients aged 7, 42, and 52 years, with diverse locations including anterior falx, mid-falcine, and left posterior lateral frontal dura.
  • One case presented with significant bone hyperostosis and a comatose state, highlighting varied clinical presentations.
  • Histopathological confirmation via immunohistochemistry was performed for all cases.

Findings:

  • Complete surgical excision was achieved for all three patients, yet their post-operative outcomes demonstrated considerable variability.
