Severe Sepsis After Living Donor Liver Transplantation: Risk Factors and Outcomes

Severe sepsis after living-donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is linked to poor survival. Low pre-operative lymphocyte counts are a key risk factor for severe sepsis in LDLT patients, suggesting a need for nutritional intervention.
