Improved A1C Levels in Type 1 Diabetes with Smartphone App Use

This study shows that a smartphone app for diabetes management significantly improved glucose control in patients with type 1 diabetes. The Intelligent Diabetes Management (IDM) app also reduced the time clinical staff spent reviewing patient records.
