Metadata-driven Clinical Data Loading into i2b2 for Clinical and Translational Science Institutes

We developed a metadata-driven extract, transform, and load (ETL) process to efficiently populate research data marts. This approach simplifies data integration for clinical and translational science award recipients using i2b2 and SHRINE technologies.
