Summary

Incidental adrenal masses are frequently found during imaging or surgery. This review covers 10 cases and discusses a management plan for these adrenal lesions.

Adrenal masses are increasingly detected incidentally via radiologic imaging.
These lesions may also be discovered unexpectedly during surgical procedures.

To review the experience with the treatment of 10 incidentally discovered adrenal masses over the past 8 years.
To develop a management plan for incidental adrenal masses based on clinical experience and published data.
