Can the common bile duct drain into the fourth part of the duodenum?

An interesting case masqueraded as a case of the common bile duct entering the fourth part of the duodenum; this is an extremely rare anomaly. A review of the literature was performed. Surgeons should be cautioned about this anomaly with regard to operative procedures for treatment.
