Bach2-Batf interactions control Th2-type immune response by regulating the IL-4 amplification loop

Bach2 protein suppresses Th2 immune responses by binding to Th2 cytokine genes and inhibiting their production. This interaction prevents excessive Th2 cell differentiation and immune reactions.
