A Rat Model of Mild Intrauterine Hypoperfusion with Microcoil Stenosis

Abstract:
Nineteen infertile couples were treated with intrauterine insemination (IUI) using husband's semen. Three women with asthenospermic husbands, one with unknown cause and one treated with a combination of induced ovulation and IUI conceived. Three healthy infants have been delivered up to now. The indications for IUI, the importance of proper preparation of semen, the technique of insemination and prediction of ovulation in IUI are discussed.
