Vascular Variations Associated with Intracranial Aneurysms.

Vascular variations in the circle of Willis, particularly arterial hypoplasia and aplasia, were found in 57.8% of intracranial aneurysm patients. The anterior cerebral arterial system (ACS) showed the most variations, often on the right side.
