Abstract:
Indonesia is an archipelago, the largest in the world, stretching 3,200 miles from east to west. It straddles the equator between the Asian and Australian continents. The climate is tropical and has two seasons, the dry season from June to October; and the wet season from November to March. The total population is currently estimated as only 165 million and Indonesian is the national language.
