Conclusions:
- Serum BAFF is elevated in patients with GD, HT, and AITD.
- The relationship between BAFF and TAb shows sexual dimorphism, especially in active GD.
- These findings suggest BAFF as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target in AITD.
