Port-site complications after pediatric urologic robotic surgery

Port-site hernias are rare after pediatric urologic robotic surgery (PURS), with only one hernia identified in 600 sites. Overall complication rates were low, similar to adult laparoscopy, making it difficult to determine specific risk factors.
