    Nurse leaders have expressed their concern over reports that extensive HIV screening programmes of neonates are underway in Scotland and at least two of the Thames regions. At last week's Council meeting of the RCN, Council member Stephen Wright said that in Scotland particularly, no public information appeared to be available.
