Anesthetic Efficacy in Irreversible Pulpitis: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) shows high failure rates for irreversible pulpitis. This study compared articaine, lidocaine, and mepivacaine for mandibular molar pulpectomy, finding no significant anesthetic efficacy differences among them.

- Further research is needed to improve anesthetic techniques and achieve profound anesthesia in these challenging cases.
