Abstract:
Being a confirmer is one way for nurses to learn from their peers. It is common for the revalidating nurse to want to go through the confirmation process with someone they know and feel comfortable with. There can be a level of nervousness surrounding revalidation but, as practice nurse Sarah Alexander advises, the best way to avoid being anxious is to allow plenty of time for the process.
