A dose increased once-weekly bortezomib-based combination therapy for multiple myeloma

Dose-increased weekly Bortezomib (Bor) combination therapy shows similar efficacy and survival benefits for multiple myeloma (MM) patients compared to conventional regimens. This modified approach significantly reduces the incidence of peripheral neuropathy (PN).
