Background:

  • Ameloblastoma is a common odontogenic tumor with a tendency for recurrence.
  • The BRAF-V600E mutation is implicated in various cancers, but its role in ameloblastoma is not fully understood.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the association between BRAF-V600E expression and the clinical and molecular features of ameloblastoma.
  • To determine if BRAF-V600E expression correlates with aggressive behavior and patient outcomes.

  • Tissue microarray (TMA) analysis of 93 solid ameloblastoma cases.
