What happens when I can no longer cope l with looking after my wife at home? She W I would have to go into a residential nursing home where the fees would be upwards of £400 a week, at a conservative guess. So, I am being paid £33.70 a week to do a job that would otherwise cost £400 a week plus. Is that fair?'
