Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and normalized ADC (nADC) can predict prostate cancer aggressiveness. Lower ADC and nADC values correlate with higher Gleason scores, aiding in differentiating tumor grades.
