Summary

4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) sensitization is decreasing, with 2.5% of patients showing positive patch tests. Occupational exposure, particularly for mechanics and chemical industry workers, significantly increases the risk of developing DDM contact dermatitis.
