Sciatica: An Extremely Rare Complication of the Perianal Abscess.

Summary
A supralevator perianal abscess can cause sciatica by irritating the sciatic nerve. This case highlights the importance of considering extra-spinal causes when lumbar MRI reveals no abnormalities, especially with STIR sequences.
