[Prognostic value of cardiac rhythm in acute myocardial infarction]

A computer-assisted special calculating complex to analyze a dynamic series of 128 successive R-R ECG intervals in 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction is described. It was established that statistical indices of the rhythm allow to evaluate the degree of severity of the disease, the reserve of adaptation possibilities of the body and predict the course of the disease.
