Bilateral Coronary Pulmonary Artery Fistulae

A rare case of bicoronary pulmonary artery fistulae, where abnormal connections from the left circumflex and right coronary arteries drain into the pulmonary artery, was identified in a 70-year-old male presenting with chest pain.

Background:
