Anticoagulation Therapy Considerations in Factor VII Deficiency

This case study shows successful warfarin re-challenge in a patient with Factor VII (FVII) deficiency, demonstrating acceptable FVII activity and no bleeding events. Direct oral anticoagulants may offer safer alternatives for atrial fibrillation patients with FVII deficiency.
