Propranolol: Effectiveness and Failure in Infantile Cutaneous Hemangiomas

Propranolol is a first-line treatment for infantile hemangiomas (IHs), but some cases show poor response. This study highlights the need to investigate why certain IH patients do not benefit from propranolol therapy.
