Antireflux Versus Conventional Plastic Stent in Malignant Biliary Obstruction: A Prospective Randomized Study

Antireflux stents (ARSs) showed significantly shorter patency than conventional stents for malignant biliary obstruction. ARSs are not recommended due to poor performance in this study.
