Indirect pulp-capping of carious teeth with periapical lesions
Journal of the American Dental Association (1939)
|July 1, 1978
Abstract:
Twenty-four vital teeth with deep carious lesions associated with radiographically demonstrable periapical lesions were treated conservatively by means of the indirect pulp-capping technique. Eleven teeth showed apparent resolution of periapical pathology, an absence of pain, and continued vitality when followed up as long as seven years postoperatively.
