Changes in the Dermal Structure during Cultured Epidermal Autograft Engraftment Process

Cultured epithelial autografts (JACE) combined with artificial dermis show good results for extensive burn wounds. Electron microscopy confirmed JACE engraftment and strong dermal binding, indicating successful wound healing.
