A modified specular reflectance (SR) accessory offers a cost-effective alternative to diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (DRIFTS) for pharmaceutical analysis. This method accurately quantifies solid samples using infrared and near-infrared spectroscopy.
