Long term evolution of endothelial function during kidney transplantation

Kidney transplantation maintains improved endothelial function long-term, with no significant changes observed up to two years post-transplant. Fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF-23) levels decreased but showed no association with endothelial function changes.
