HLA-typing analysis following allogeneic bone grafting for sinus lifting

Fresh frozen allogeneic bone grafts used in sinus lifting procedures may trigger an immune response. Anti-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) antibodies were detected in 33% of patients, suggesting potential immunological sensitization.
