Tom Chen is a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Proskauer Rose LLP, where his practice focuses on patent litigation and counseling in the life sciences sector. Tom holds an A.B. in chemistry and pharmacology from Duke University, and an M.S. in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining Proskauer, Tom previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alvin A. Schall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Honorable Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
