Summary

Double-layer bone-patellar tendon-bone (DBPTB) allografts showed fewer graft failures than four-strand hamstring (4SHS) grafts in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. While statistically significant, differences in clinical outcomes were not clinically significant.
