[The types of cerebral circulatory disorders in ischemic stroke]

An analysis is presented of the correlation between the cerebral circulation and systemic hemodynamics in 206 patients with ischemic stroke with the hypokinetic type of circulation. Correlation analysis showed that disorders of the intrasystemic relationships may appear in different degrees of reduction of the cardiac index but autoregulation reserves are particularly vulnerable when the index reduces on average to 1.55 l(min.m2).
