Optic nerve glioma with complete intraocular extension

Optic nerve glioma (ONG) can rarely present with complete intraocular extension, filling the vitreous cavity without intracranial involvement. This rare optic nerve glioma case highlights unusual tumor spread patterns.

- It highlights the importance of considering intraocular involvement in ONG, even without systemic signs.
- Further research into rare presentations of ONG is warranted for improved diagnosis and management.
