Emerging biologics in inflammatory bowel disease

New biologic therapies offer alternatives for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients unresponsive to anti-tumor necrosis factor (anti-TNF) treatments. This review covers novel small molecules, cellular therapies, and biosimilars for IBD management.
