Summary
Diced rib cartilage is effective for severe nasal deformities in septoplasty. Wrapping cartilage with rectus fascia yielded optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes in this study.

- Autologous rib cartilage demonstrated good graft performance, particularly when combined with rectus fascia.

- Diced rib cartilage is a suitable option for correcting severe nasal deformities during septoplasty.
- Rectus fascia wrapping appears to enhance aesthetic and functional results compared to temporalis fascia or perichondrium.
