Comparative evaluation of 2 skeletally anchored maxillary protraction protocols

Bone-anchored maxillary protraction effectively treats Class III malocclusion. Class III elastics with specific miniplate placement offered better control of vertical changes and mandibular incisor position compared to other skeletal anchorage methods.
