Vitamin D and Metabolic Bone Parameters in Preterm Neonates

Preterm neonates often have low vitamin D. This study found low 25-hydroxy vitamin D (25(OH)D) levels in preterm infants, with lower levels correlating to higher alkaline phosphatase, indicating potential bone health issues.
