Summary

Three-dimensional high-resolution anorectal manometry (3DHRAM) can diagnose rectal intussusceptions (RI) by identifying anterior high-pressure areas and excessive perineal descent. This diagnostic strategy shows high accuracy for RI detection in patients with anorectal disorders.
