Hypertensive Crisis During Norepinephrine Syringe Exchange: A Case Report

A norepinephrine overdose caused a hypertensive crisis in a patient due to a syringe pump error. In vitro tests revealed significant dosing errors, especially without an intravenous clamp, highlighting the need for vigilance.
