[Infection caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. A comparative study]

Clinical differences between Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacterial sepsis are minimal, with prognosis depending on underlying conditions. Pathophysiological changes occurred in both types of sepsis.
