Abstract:

The anatomical presentations of three neonates with cloacal anomalies are described. A description is given of their assessment and management by defunctioning colostomy and later a posterior sagittal anorectovaginourethroplasty. Though too early to assess the final degree of bladder and bowel continence, one is currently almost normally continent and one has urinary incontinence.
