[The spastic pelvic floor syndrome: definition in the double-exposure defecogram]

Double-exposure defaecography and the so-called pinching test improve conventional defaecography in the diagnosis of functional rectal outlet disorders. In particular, the pinching test makes quantitative evaluation of the m. puborectalis possible. "Spastic pelvic floor syndrome" is defined by quantitative parameters in double-exposure defaecography and the pinching test.
