Summary

Researchers developed a recombinant carp luteinizing hormone (rcLh) as a potential alternative for fish spawning induction. This novel agent demonstrated effectiveness comparable to carp pituitary extract (CPE), enhancing hormone secretion and improving spawning success and fertilization rates in carp.
