Changes in lymph node (LN) volume correlate with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) symptom improvement during anti-tumor necrosis factor (anti-TNF) therapy. Reduced LN size indicates a positive response to RA treatment.

- This pilot study provides initial evidence supporting the use of dynamic LN volume changes as a biomarker for treatment efficacy in RA.
