Reamer-Irrigator-Aspirator (RIA) bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) show high osteogenic potential. BMP-7 stimulation enhanced bone formation in RIA-MSCs more effectively than in iliac crest bone marrow MSCs.
