Methylphenidate, cognition, and epilepsy: A double-blind, placebo-controlled, single-dose study.

Immediate-release methylphenidate (MPH) may improve cognitive deficits in epilepsy patients. This single-dose study showed benefits in attention and processing speed without increasing seizures.
